How do I log into the mobile app?
Your mobile app login is the same username and password you use to access PlanSource on the web — no new credentials needed! If you currently access PlanSource directly through your company portal, we recommend continuing to use that method for the time being.
What if I don't know my username or password?
On the login screen, tap "Need Help?" to retrieve your username or reset your password. If you currently access PlanSource directly through your company portal, we recommend continuing to use that method for the time being.
Why am I seeing "Your account doesn't support app access at this time"?
The mobile app is currently in beta and being rolled out in phases. If you're seeing this message, your employer's access is coming soon! In the meantime, you can access all of your benefits information at benefits.plansource.com.
